Field-Ready Tech: AccuSync & APM Simplify Farm Life
Case IH is raising the bar in agricultural machinery with the launch of three new models in its Magnum series for 2025. Revealed at The Agrarier, the updated lineup includes the Magnum 355, 385, and 405—each offering more horsepower, cutting-edge technology, and operator-friendly features to support today’s productivity-driven farms.
All models are powered by a durable FPT six-cylinder Stage V engine with an 8.7-liter displacement. The Magnum 355 boasts 390 horsepower with a boost to 410 HP, while the Magnum 385 offers 417 HP and peaks at 435 HP. The top-tier Magnum 405 maintains a steady 435 HP, delivering consistent performance for the most demanding tasks.
Case IH provides two transmission choices: the 21x5 PowerDrive Full Powershift and the CVXDrive, a stepless transmission known for its smooth transitions and efficiency. The Magnum 385 and 405 are also available in the Rowtrac version, providing improved traction and soil preservation—ideal for challenging terrains or sensitive crop zones.
New for 2025 is the Break-to-Clutch feature, which disengages the drive when braking and automatically resumes the previous speed upon release. This makes working with implements safer and more seamless. The enhanced Automatic Productivity Management (APM) allows farmers to tailor acceleration, shifting, and control settings directly through the Pro 1200 display.
On the hydraulics side, Case IH introduces improved electro-hydraulic rear remotes with increased flow capacity. New pressure relief levers and color-coded, self-sealing couplings make equipment connection quicker and simpler than ever.
Beyond performance, Case IH emphasizes smart farming with integrated technology. The AccuSync feature allows synchronized operations between machines, boosting efficiency in multi-tractor tasks. The FieldOps™ platform, included in all new models, offers real-time machine monitoring, planning, and diagnostics. Plus, with Connectivity Included, farmers benefit from remote support without any subscription fees.
